Julia Holloway is an independent business consultant and leadership coach specializing in helping motivated organizations and individuals implement change. Julia is passionate about helping teams identify the right strategic goals and then mapping out a collective course of action so they arrive at their destination strengthened instead of disillusioned. While larger consulting groups may offer paradigms for wholesale change, Julia focuses on helping leaders and teams make sure they’re answering the right question at the front-end and following through with practical implementation on the back-end. Successful implementation means aligning mission, vision, and values across an organization and developing workable business strategies and diverse teams to execute strategic priorities. She has extensive expertise in building cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations – critical success factors in today’s workplace.
Areas of Coaching Support
In an increasingly complex and dynamic business world, Julia’s coaching practice focuses on helping leaders understand and drive the process of change while building their own inner capacity and resilience. She especially enjoys working with emerging leaders who are making great strides in their organization and need structure and support as they move from management to leadership roles. Areas of coaching support include: leadership transition and assimilation, behavioral awareness and change, and team development.

She brings over 20 years of experience in strategy, sales, marketing, and operations to help clients succeed across the spectrum of functional business areas.
